FAQ

What licensing and insurance do you have?

Sips & Sage operates as a dry-hire mobile bartending company. We do not hold a liquor license or provide alcohol. Instead, you supply the alcohol, at a substantial cost savings, and we can provide everything else. We carry general and liquor liability insurance which is required by most venues. It also provides peace of mind to you, the client.

How do you handle mobile bar setup and logistics?

Our team arrives with a fully equipped, modular mobile bar, if your venue does not have an existing bar setup. We coordinate with your venue to ensure a seamless setup and breakdown, prioritizing your space and comfort.

How far in advance should I book?

We reccommend booking as soon as possible, especially for weddings in peak seasons. Dates are secured once the signed agreement and retainer are received. 

What is required to book?

A 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Yes! Sips & Sage serves Central Florida and the surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

How many bartenders will I need?

One bartender per 100 guests. Additional bartenders may be required for larger guest counts or more complex menus to ensure the flow of your event runs smoothly.
